The TrueSpace sub-structure is a precision engineered support frame suitable for all panel finishes in the TrueSpace range and is designed to ensure a fast, efficient installation that is versatile and straightforward to modify yet sturdy and robust in the most demanding of healthcare environments.
Steel uprights fixed between an upper lower profile with an adjustable self-levelling mechanism for uneven floors.
The screwless fixation system ensures the wall panel can be removed or installed easily using only a suction cup.

The panel features a Stainless Steel sheet bonded to gypsum board for fire and acoustic properties and finished with a durable 80µm powder coated paint surface resistant to aggressive cleaning 

Panels are mounted to the TrueSpace sub-structure using our specially engineered screwless, gravity fixed system which ensures a uniform gap of only 4mm between panels. 

Panels are powder coated in a wide range of colours for maximum aesthetic effect with a range of options including a specially formulated anti-bacterial coating with silver ion technology or artistic screen printing to give areas individuality and character.

The TrueSpace Corian® Wall Panel is the latest innovation for the modern Operating Room. The panel features a 12mm DuPont™ Corian® sheet bonded to a galvanized steel frame with integral coupling system to mount to the TrueSpace sub-structure as part of our screwless, gravity fixed system.

The TrueSpace Transparent Tempered Safety Glass Wall Panel is designed for the creation of customized windows and viewing panels within the Operating Room and other clinical areas. The panel features double sided flush support frame with a 8mm (4mm + 3mm + 0.76mm PVB) Laminated Safety Glass finish. The final surface is microscopically flat and free of pores, resistant against living organisms and chemical substances, hospital detergents and disinfectants. 

Designed as a seamless, flush feature window to exactly suit the room layout and available with a number of feature options such as built in blinds, laser filters or lead shielding options.

The TrueSpace Hermetic Ceiling is a modular false ceiling designed for use within critical areas requiring air or dust tightness whilst maintaining access to the service void above. The ceiling is suitable for Operating Rooms, ICU, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, food processing plants, chemical laboratories etc. 

The Hermetic Seal is created by a mechanical gasket seal on the rear face of ceiling tiles or integral components being held in place by a sprung clip mechanism, designed for repeated removal and maintenance of the seal every time. 

Based on a 600 x 600mm or 1200 x 600mm grid system, the system also incorporates bespoke LED lighting, terminal air supply and return diffusers as well as custom aesthetic features.

Recessed Cabinets  

• Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel 0.8mm and fully integrated with the TrueSpace wall panel system.  Cabinets are fitted with adjustable shelves and robust handles. 
• Smooth, easily washable surfaces and are sealed parametrically on three sides with wall system silicon 4mm gasket.  The doors have safety laminated glass 3+3 mm with anti-dust silicon seal and stainless steel frame.
